As a Registered Social Worker and Grief Educator (candidate), I believe therapy should feel like a supportive, non-judgmental conversation. I strive to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you can truly exhale — a space where you can speak honestly, uncensored, and don’t have to put on a brave face or pretend you’re okay as you navigate life’s challenges. My practice is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in a variety of evidence-based approaches, with an unwavering commitment to ethical and person-centred care.
Whether you are preparing for a loss, grieving someone or something you cared for, holding onto grief that feels invisible or complicated, or simply feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just plain stuck, you don’t have to walk through it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as we gently explore and work towards achieving the goals that are most important to you. Taking this first step can be hard and even a little scary, so when you’re ready, I’m here.
